A cute animated film with an excellent and relevant message concerning the hurt inherent in identification others supported pre-conceived and ill-informed beliefs. It does not have the visual dazzle, narrative tightness, and emotional wallop of a number of the most effective animated films I've seen ("Wall-E," "Toy Story 3"), however I largely enjoyed its diminished charms.
